Which one should we start with?

We've never had a risk analysis.

Start with the Chart Review. The Security Rule expects a documented risk analysis first, and the other two engagements are far more useful once you have it.

We had a scare: a bad click or a strange email.

Book the Fire Drill this month. It's the quickest of the three, and it gives your front desk the habit of pausing before they click.

We already have an assessment sitting in a drawer.

Send us the date and we'll tell you honestly whether the Punch List alone would serve you. If the assessment is out of date, we'll say so, and quote the Chart Review instead.

How is the quote set?

From your headcount and number of locations, on a 20-minute call that costs nothing. The figure is written down within two business days, and that figure is what arrives on the invoice.

Can we pay in installments?

Each engagement is one invoice, due net 14, payable by ACH, check or card. If your cash flow needs a different rhythm, ask on the call and we'll talk it through.
